We Connect Your Customer - Wherever they may be.

At the heart of our work is an integrated approach that brings together strategy, spatial design, brand identity, and marketing to create food and beverage experiences that perform.

By considering the full customer journey — from first touchpoint to physical space and beyond — we ensure each project is aligned, coherent, and built for long-term success.

The result is a clearer proposition, stronger connection with the right audience, and experiences that meet — and exceed — customer expectations.

We connect the dots for you.
Delivering success based on our know-how.

CONNECTING THE DOTS

With any project there is much to consider. Market positioning, naming, creation of a visual identity and a tone of voice, and that is just the start.

We help “select and connect”

components, making the process the right one for your project.

Our Process

Define

We begin with research and analysis to clearly define your requirements before moving forward.
This stage establishes a strong strategic direction — aligning brand ambition, customer expectation, and operational reality — and sets the foundation for a successful project.

Where required, we engage specialist strategic input to ensure decisions are informed, focused, and commercially grounded.

Design

Creativity is then applied to develop a strong visual identity and spatial concept, integrating graphics and interiors to form a clear, compelling narrative for the project.

At this stage, we design the vision — shaping environments that are distinctive, engaging, and rooted in a deep understanding of how customers and operators will use the space.

Deliver

With experience delivering complex hospitality environments, we provide the detailed information required to support a smooth and efficient build process.

Our designs balance richness and engagement with practicality — crafting spaces that benefit both the customer experience and day-to-day operations, without unnecessary complication.

Marketing & Launch

Marketing is an essential part of the experience. Without an integrated approach, even the best-designed spaces can fall short of expectations.

By carrying the visual identity through to digital and social channels, we help launch experiences clearly and confidently — connecting with your customer wherever they may be.

Great F&B Transforms Space.

A well-considered offer attracts the right audience and positively influences the wider environment.

In mixed-use commercial settings — such as department stores and retail destinations — success depends on aligning concept design with operational flow, while ensuring the customer experience reflects the needs and behaviours of the target audience.

Ultimately, we create concepts that resonate with customers and perform operationally — delivering value without creating unnecessary challenges for your teams.

Japanese Food Garden
Charlotte Street, London

Our delicately detailed contemporary restaurant for Ken Sam in the heart of London's Fitzrovia

We remodelled a very old Georgian town house over three floors to realise this challenging architectural design.

The 'Japanese Food Garden' concept was defined by the gold leaf cherry blossoms and white polished plaster walls. The softened room was completed with a beautiful lighting concept.
